- Vietnamese language skills are of course helpful, but not required. A staff member from ELI accompanies interns to the clinic, translating when necessary. Students can choose from interning in the blood room, the busy immunization department, shadowing in the clinic, and/or working in the lab. Interns spend 5-7 hours a day at the clinic, Monday through Friday.
