The Office of Student Services (OSS) would like to announce the Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences (SSPPS) applications for 2014-2015 academic year. To apply for a scholarship, you must submit an application for scholarships through the link below. No exceptions will be made. Should other scholarships be made available in the future, additional application forms will be circulated to students.
If you intend to apply for any scholarship(s), please submit your application, any separate applications or statements required and the personal financial statement form.
The application for scholarships can be accessed at this link:
Note that you will not be able to save a partially-completed application, so you will need to be able to complete the application in a single session. Some scholarships require a statement or an additional application, which may also be downloaded below. All complete applications are due at 4:00 p.m., Monday March 24, 2014. Financial forms, separate applications and any required statements should be emailed directly to Ms. Cecilia Romero (email@example.com). Incomplete applications, not electronic and/or received after this time will not be accepted. Only full-time students (those registered for 10 credit hours or more) and in good academic standing (a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher), are eligible to receive scholarships.
