Timeline for Applicants to the School of Pharmacy

  • July 18: Final PCAT test date for students applying for early decision. Registration begins April 2018 ( )
  • September 4:  Early decision deadline.
  • September/October: Early decision interviews conducted on campus.
  • October: Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) becomes available. Apply ASAP.
  • October – March: Interviews conducted and admissions offers made on a rolling basis.  Oral Proficiency Interviews conducted online by Language Testing International for select applicants to assess English proficiency.
  • October 31: Early decision applicants notified of admission status.
  • November 2: Final PCAT test date for students applying for standard admission.
  • April: Final admissions decisions are sent out.
  • April/May:  Students who submitted FAFSA by the deadline begin receiving award letters from financial aid office.
  • May/June:  Final transcripts with any spring coursework must be sent directly to the school.
  • June 1: Regular admissions deadline.
  • June 1: Proof of immunizations must be completed, or at least started.
  • June/July: Admissions package sent to all admitted students. This contains important information regarding preparing for Introduction to Pharmacy.
  • August: CPR certification must be completed.
  • August 9 & 10: Badging and orientation begins for new incoming students.
  • Late August: Financial aid is disbursed and classes begin.
