Although born in California, Lauren is West Virginian by the grace of God. After a year in Argentina as a Rotary International exchange student, Lauren obtained bachelor’s degrees in chemistry and Spanish from West Virginia University, and a master’s degree in organic chemistry from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. She returned to her beloved Mountaineers for pharmacy school, and is happy to say that she is finally done with school. Lauren is interested in infectious disease and HIV. She loves to travel and hopes to eventually volunteer internationally on medical mission trips. She is excited to be starting a residency in Colorado and plans to pack as much fun as she can into the year.
