Chris was born and raised in Appleton, WI, and went to UW-Eau Claire for his pre-pharmacy course work. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy in May of 2014 from Concordia University Wisconsin School of Pharmacy as a member of its inaugural class. He is thrilled to be completing his PGY1 residency at UCH and participating in all the learning, teaching, and research opportunities the year has to offer! He plans to pursue further training after his PGY1 in the form of a PGY2 residency and/or a clinical research fellowship. Current areas of professional interest include infectious diseases, critical care, and solid organ transplant. In his free time, Chris enjoys biking, skiing, running, playing sports such as hockey, soccer, and basketball, board and card games, and spending time with family and friends. Chris is an avid, life-long fan of the Badgers, Brewers, and Packers and can be found cheering for the Packers within the confines of Lambeau Field. While in Colorado, Chris is looking forward to meeting many new people and picking up new hobbies such as kayaking, hiking, and rock climbing!
