TAGME - Training Administrators of Graduate Medical Education:
Certification provides a national standard and recognition for GME training administrators. The ACGME recently added C-TAGME to the drop-down box of credentials that can be used following the program coordinator’s name in the WebADS profile.  This qualification sets them apart as a high level administrator with the knowledge, skills and expertise needed to effectively manage the day-to-day operations of a training program. Currently there are 22 ACGME specialties offering certification assessment, and four additional specialties are in the process of developing a certification assessment expecting completion by 2011.
