How to Access Shared Email and Calendars


  1. Login to webmail (preferably using Internet Explorer)
  2. Click on your name in the upper right hand corner (next to log off)

  3. Type in the name of the email/calendar account you wish to access (i.e. PROG), click on the correct account name and hit enter

  4. A new tab will open with the shared mailbox and you will then be able to send and receive email from the shared email account and schedule calendar events
  5. After you have attempted these steps and you cannot access the mailbox contact your Technology Manager
