Ms. Kurtz is Executive Director of the Collaborative Family Healthcare
Association and serves as an Instructor in the Department of Family
Medicine. Ms. Kurtz spent the first 19 years of her career in southwest
Missouri with Burrell Behavioral Health and its former affiliate Cox Health
Systems. While there she held a variety of roles including Deputy
Director of Outpatient Services for SMI populations, Community Education
Director, and Vice President of Finance and Administration. Ms.
Kurtz most recently served as the Executive Director for the University of
Northern Colorado Foundation.
With a Master of Science in Guidance and Counseling and a Master of Business
Administration from Missouri State University, Ms. Kurtz is passionate
about the application of sound business strategy and principles in non-profit
environments.
