Curriculum Vitae

Dr. Pantcheva specializes in the medical and surgical management of glaucoma and cataracts. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and ARVO. Dr. Pantcheva is involved in several clinical studies including prevalence in glaucoma in Chinese Americans, use of non-steroidal agents versus steroids post-SLT treatment, as well as in basic science research. Her research interests include neuroprotection in glaucomatous optic neuropathy, blood flow and its relation to glaucomatous optic neuropathy.
