GSDRC Summer School 2014

Where:  University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, Aurora, CO 

Target Audience:  Senior graduate students & postdoctoral fellows

 Topics:

  • Biology of skin stem cells
  • iPS cell-based modeling of skin diseases
  • Animal models for skin diseases
  • Stem cell-based therapies

 Format:  

  • Lectures by leaders in the field
  • Workshops and demos
  • Poster sessions
  • Networking sessions 

Cost:

  • The summer school is provided free of charge
  • Member institutions arresponsible for travel expenses for their trainees
  • Housing, local transportation, and meals arprovided 

Application:

Each member institution will select up to five participants  check your 
local skin research program on thapplication process and interna
deadlines

Deadline: 

May 16, 2014 – a list of selected trainees must be submitted to Beth Spring
