Graduate School Application
Formal admission into the M.S. in Modern Human Anatomy requires the completion and submission of the online University of Colorado Denver Graduate Application.
Application requirements include:
- One official transcript from all colleges attended

- Official GRE scores or MCAT scores (5 years old or less). To send scores, please use GRE code 4875. For those with a previous master's degree, please contact the program administrator to request a waiver of the GRE/MCAT requirement.
- Three letters of recommendation
- $50.00 application fee for domestic applicants; $75.00 application fee for international applicants
International Applicants
International applicants are required to submit official TOEFL scores that are two years old or less, as well as transcripts that have been evaluated by WES or a comparable service.

Application Deadlines and Process
The Master of Science in Modern Human Anatomy matriculates students in fall semesters only. The program has two deadlines for the next entering class of 2014:
Primary deadline: March 15, 2014
Selected applicants will interview with a small group of MSMHA faculty, either on-campus or via Skype approximately the 1st week of April.
Offers of admission will be extended upon the completion of interviews.
Secondary deadline: May 1, 2014
Selected applicants will interview with a small group of MSMHA faculty, either on-campus or via Skype approximately the 3rd week of May.
Offers of admission will be extended upon the completion of interviews.
Primary and Secondary Deadlines: The Admissions Committee makes the largest number of admissions decisions following the Primary Deadline on March 15th. The Secondary deadline of May 1 is offered for those students who, for various reasons, are unable to meet the Primary deadline of March 15.
