Welcome to the new Administrative Toolbox website. With the help and collaboration of many individuals on our campus, we have designed this site to support both new and veteran administrators in the School of Medicine in carrying out their responsibilities and daily work.
For example, there is a training section for new administrators to guide you through much of what you will need to do within the first 30 days, 60 days, six months and annually. The Toolbox also offers links to resources such as a directory of key contacts and processes within the SOM and the University.
Need a checklist for hiring faculty? It’s here. Training in PeopleSoft? The Toolbox has a link. How about e-procurement? That tool is in the Toolbox as well.
