I was born in
Russia and moved with my family to Germany when I was 6 years old. My passion
for traveling brought me to Colorado in 2008.
I earned my Associates of Arts at the Arapahoe Community College in
Littleton. This is also where I first
interacted with international students.
Ever since, I cannot imagine doing anything else but to help those
students get accustomed to the American school system. My job at the ESL
Academy is to assist with admissions, activities and many other things. I am also the liaison for other departments at
the University, such as the Bursar's or Registrar's Office. In my free time I
enjoy spending time with my family. We like to take walks with our two dogs or
just hang out at home. Other interests include really good food, meaningful
movies (Drama, Documentary), and captivating books.
"My favorite thing about my job is that I often run into students on campus long after they graduated. It is nice to see that our efforts for creating a seamless transition to degree programs at CU Denver
become reality. We work closely with the team at International Admissions, which means that we solve many things with a simple phone call. We like to keep things personal; here, you are not just a number but a real person
