What Makes This PhD Program Unique
There is a nursing faculty shortage and we need more PhD’s in nursing to fill this need. This program is highly recognized and one of the earliest PhD programs in the western states. Over 200 graduates hold nurse scientist, educator, dean and directors of nursing education programs, administrators and nurse researcher positions in clinical settings, and other distinguished roles in nursing in the US and worldwide.
The program is fully distance accessible, with visits to campus only once a semester.
