What Makes This ABA Online Program Unique
This fully online ABA program meets criteria established by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB®) for approved coursework.
Once you complete this program, you will not have to provide further coursework documentation when applying for the BCBA® or BCaBA® examinations.
The first three courses of the certificate (9 credits) may be applied toward an ABA concentration area in the CU Denver Master’s degree in Special Education.
Who Can Apply for the BCBA® and BCaBA®
If you have (or will have) a graduate degree in Education, Psychology or similar fields.
If you are in the process of finishing your graduate degree, you're allowed to register for the CU Denver BCBA® course sequence, but you must have completed your degree and required supervised experience before you apply to take the BACB® examination.
The same applies to the BCaBA® CU Denver Course Sequence, except a Bachelor’s degree is required, not a Master’s.
