I'm a mom of three young kids and I'm in graduate school. Online classes, flexible and caring professors and iTV literally make it possible for me to work on my advanced nursing degree. Also my supportive husband, he helps me to keep things balanced. :)

First Experience with Online Classes?
Why CU Denver?
I checked out a few PNP programs, and the staff I interacted with at CU- Anschutz was far more helpful and organized than at other schools.
Biggest Educational Triumph?
I have 3 kids, I am going to graduate school, things never go as smoothly as planned and I am still keeping good grades.
Where are some of the locations that you have been while participating in classes?
My kitchen, my office, the park with my kids.
What barriers have you had to face?
A cancer scare, a hip injury, moving to another state with three kids, trying to sell my house and failing, moving back and coordinating things so I could continue my education from Utah.
What stands out about your experiences?
I have been grateful that my professors have been so helpful and supportive. I feel like they genuinely want me to succeed.
