celebrating by holding fun and stress-free activities throughout the month on

October 7th - FREE YOGA on the southeast lawn of Building 500
from 11-1pm. All abilities welcome!
October 14th - Conflict
Resolution Month Guest Speaker, Professor Joseph P. Folger: Transformative
Aspects of Conflict - Insights from a Seasoned Mediator, ED2 North, room 1102 from 12-1pm. Complimentary food and drinks offered.
October 21st - Adult-zen coloring on the southeast lawn of Building 500 from 11-1pm.
Come and learn why this popular activity can reduce stress!
October 28th - FREE
5-10 minute massages on the southeast lawn of Building 500 from 11-1pm.

October 7th - Midterm
De-stress & De-escalate Day, Ombuds Office, LSC, 10th
floor, room 1003 from 10-2pm. Drop in for FREE tea and
healthy snacks and learn about fun and simple ways to de-stress.
Activities include adult-zen coloring, breathing exercises, meditation

pizza!! Conflict Resolution Awareness Event, North Classroom Lobby.
Stop by our table in the lobby of North Classroom and grab a free
slice of pizza and learn about techniques to de-escalate conflict. Information
about Conflict Resolution month events and services offered to CU student by
the Ombuds Office, will also be available.
