Our Services

Many teaching and professional principles can be explored through workshops, reading groups, and other activities, but there is no substitute for individual discussion about your teaching style, classroom goals, or professional aspirations with a CFDA staff member or a seasoned teaching fellow.  We routinely assist our faculty colleagues with course design, assignment development, classroom observations and feedback, interpreting student evaluation results, addressing challenges in the classroom, and tips for preparing your dossier.  All observations and consultations are completely confidential.

 Teaching Observation

Get another set of eyes on your teaching.  When your request an observation, a colleague from the CFDA will come to your class and provide you with constructive, meaningful feedback.  All observations are voluntary and completely confidential.

 Dossier Support

When you are ready to prepare for your comprehensive or tenure and promotion review we can provide you with sample dossiers and tips for maximizing the impact of your dossier.
