  • Daniel Reirden, MD, received the People's Choice Ally Award from One Colorado for making a difference in the lives of LGBTQ youth and their families.

  • Dr. Edwin Asturias has been named President of the Board of Directors for the Colorado Children’s Immunization Coalition.

  • Dr. Sean O'Leary as senior author, received the David Lanier Outstanding Poster Award (second place) at the North American Primary Care Research Group’s Practice-Based Research Network Conference in Bethesda, MD, in July 2016.

  • Dr. Adriana Weinberg received the distinguished Constance B. Woofsy Women’s Health Investigator Award from the NIH-funded, multi-centered AIDS Clinical Trials Group (ACTG) in recognition of scientific contributions to research in HIV-infected women and embodiment of qualities exemplified by Dr. Woofsy.

  • Dr. Sean O'Leary was selected to serve on the American Academy of Pediatrics Committee on Infectious Diseases (Red Book Committee).
