  • Sarah Parker, MD, was selected as the first ever Children's Hospital Colorado “Provider of the Month” for January 2015.
  • Adriana Weinberg, MD, was selected to become a member of the Women’s Inter-Network Health Scientific Committee for the NIH sponsored AIDS Clinical Trials Group (ACTG) and the International Maternal Pediatric Adolescent AIDS Clinical Trials Group (IMPAACT).
  • The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) presented its new Astute Clinician Award to Drs. Sam Dominguez (Epidemiology and Infectious Diseases) and Kevin Messacar (Pediatric Hospital Medicine).
  • Ann Christine Nyquist, MD, MSPH, has been selected to serve on the American Academy of Pediatrics Committee on Infectious Diseases which authors the Red Book.
  • John Ogle, MD received the Denver Health Medical Staff Career Service Award in September 2014.
  • Chris Nyquist, MD was the invited keynote speaker for the School of Medicine Class of 2018 Matriculation and White Coat Ceremony on August 15th 2014.
