Our runners come from a wide range of running backgrounds from beginner to high school varsity. All levels are welcomed. As our team has a wide range of skills, and our race competitions follow suit. Most of our race distances are mainly 5K, however, if you wish to run longer distances, there are other options (depending on the race), such as 10K, half marathons, and marathons. Practice dates and times change every season so that all team members can practice at least twice a week. Overall, joining the running team is a perfect way to get involved with the CU Denver community and compete.
