Need something to keep you active and motivated? Try our 20-day Core Challenge! A strong core isn't just about having 6-pack abs. Your core includes the muscles in your abs, back, and hips. Your core stabilizes your body; it supports you in any workout you do and in your everyday movements. Train your core and watch your balance, strength, and power improve.
We encourage you to start on June 1st because it always feels good to get a fresh start at the beginning of the month, but in all actuality, you can start this challenge whenever it is convenient for you! It will be available all summer.
Simply follow the workouts listed for each day; the video shows how to perform each movement. You can always alter the workouts to your needs by doing less/more reps, less/more time during the intervals, or by choosing some of the other options we've provided in the video.
