Incorporating Wellness
I try to be a well-rounded individual who cares for not only my physical well-being, but also my mental and emotional well-being. Everyone is different and has different versions of what wellness means to them. To me, I believe self-care is necessary to be the best version of yourself. Before we called it "rotting," we called it rest. It is important to give yourself a rest and do what you love.
How I can help
Whether you are experiencing financial hardship, food insecurity, or troubling finding resources, I can be of service. My shared office is in front of the Milo's Market. If I am there and the sign says, "Come on in," I mean it If you need someone to chat with briefly, you may always email me and we can schedule a time! I am here to assist in any way I can.
