Please use the form links below as Student Life is transitioning software systems for our MyLynx Platform. We will alert all Student Organization officers when the new platform is up and ready for 1) training and 2) use by student leaders managing thier organization.

EVENTS & TABLING

Event Registration Form

Required for all events that are open to all of the campus or the public.
Having a social event? Fill this out.
Having a speaker for your whole chapter meeting (club members only)? Fill this out.
You do not need to fill out this form for club business / planning meetings.

Housing Tabling Request Form

TRAVEL

Student Organizations may not travel without prior approval from 1) your advisor and 2) Student Life. Depending on type of trip and/or destination a University Administrator and the CU Risk Management Office may need to review and approve your trip.

SGA Finance & Funding Proposal Form (for Affiliated Groups)

Community Action Grant

Looking to do a service project as a student organization but need some supplies? Fill this form out to be considered for a grant.
We have a total of $5,000 held for grants each year. Groups may be approved up to $250 based on request and project.
If you are approved, and reusable supplies are purchased, they become the property of Student Life so that they can be checked out to future groups. This helps us be good stewards of your student fees.
