If you are returning to campus for any reason, please read and follow the steps below before coming to campus.
One-time: You must take the one-time SkillSoft training “COVID-19 Return to Campus - CU Denver” before returning to campus for the first time. Once you have finished the training, take a screenshot of the certificate of completion on your mobile device. You may be asked to show this at a health check-in station.
Daily: Every day before coming to campus, you should take your own temperature and then complete a daily health attestation. You will receive an approval confirmation email, which you should be prepared to show at a health check-in station.
Health check-in station locations and hours are listed below. Allow a minimum of 30 minutes to check in.
Daily on-site check-in at a designated health check-in station is required for everyone coming to campus. Health check-in station locations and hours are listed below. Follow these steps each day:
Visibly wear your CU Denver ID badge. Follow all safety protocols below, including wearing a face covering at all times, indoors and outdoors. The only exception is working alone in a closed workspace.
Most buildings will have one entry point and one exit point during regular class/business hours. Outside of these hours, building entrances will remain locked and accessible only by the ID badge reader. Make sure your CU Denver ID badge is activated and you have permissions for the buildings you need to access. For questions about your access permissions, contact dc_facilities_dispatch@ucdenver.edu.
