OIT implemented a new billing system, PCR-360, in December 2021. The migration to PCR-360 included some minor changes in how we track and store data that should help reduce billing errors we have had in the past. In addition, the new billing system features two major changes:
a. View active billable services in your department
b. View billing statements
c. Request the creation of ad hoc reports and run them
d. Request SpeedType changes
e. Request name changes
f. Request changes related to whether or not you receive emailed billing statements
You will still be able to submit these requests through the billing email (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you choose. However, any request to add, change, or disconnect a service should continue to be made through the current processes and systems using the OIT Service Center.
