Submitting a ticket to the OIT Service Desk?

The new OIT Service Center ticketing system will be rolled out on Monday, June 29 – same service management tool, Cherwell, but transformed! Guided by our value to lead technology changes through a culture of providing service and excellence, the new ticketing system initiative helps OIT better address our university partners’ needs and streamline the overall process.
We believe this revised system will help requests be fulfilled quickly and accurately through our newly designed, easy to navigate, OIT Service Center portal. Faculty, staff and students will be able to log in directly from any device or internet browser to submit a request for help; and with the new system, you will not need to be logged in to the university’s VPN when requesting assistance.
Please note: Hold on submitting those tickets this weekend while we change over to the new system! The new site will be up and running on Monday, June 29. At that time, we will provide a link to access the new ticketing system as well as a how-to guide for using the OIT Service Center portal.
