In addition to the pre-scheduled instructor-led courses, Learning and Development also offers customized training courses and consulting services. These services are available to small and large groups across both the Anschutz Medical Campus and the Denver Campus.

If you are looking to understand the climate and engagement level of your department, we can help to develop a customized climate survey utilizing a bank of questions that address a wide variety of areas. This service includes developing and administering the survey, developing a comprehensive report, debriefing with the leadership team, and facilitating focus groups.
