To reflect the recently announced changes to campus holiday schedules:
Need to provide proof that you’re a University of Colorado employee, or are you requesting documentation of an employee’s status?
CCC Verify for employment verification should be utilized as the primary employment verification system. HR can provide start date, end date, position held, and salary, if requested. We are unable to provide reference checks or comment on rehire status of former employees.
Note: Employees requesting a verification of employment directly will need a pin number to access the platform. The pin number is the last four digits of your social security number.
Visit the CCC Verify page for instructions on how to complete an employment verification.
Employee Services, a CU System office that serves all four campuses, oversees the PSLF program. Central HR does not complete PSLF forms. Employee Services will not be accepting PSLF forms after 12 pm MST on Monday, October 31st. The temporary waiver is scheduled to expire at 11:59 EST on Oct. 31, 2022. Employee Services strongly recommends that employees submit your PSLF forms no later than Wednesday, Oct. 26 to ensure all forms have CU authorization by the PLSF Limited Waiver deadline.
Visit the Employee Services Public Service Loan Forgiveness page for more information.
