Unfortunately, due to Colorado state licensing requirements, CSEAP is unable to serve people who are not physically located in the State of Colorado at the time that services are to be rendered.

CU Denver Mental Health First Aid Training: is a skills-based training on assisting those with mental health and substance-use issues. The 9-hour training is led by qualified experts in the field of health and wellness and takes place at the Lola & Rob Salazar Student Wellness Center. | Learn More about Mental Health First Aid Certification. |
CU Anschutz Mental Health First Aid Training: Mental Health First Aid teaches participants how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders. CU Denver: Request a training for your area, called Lynx Connected. This is a crisis de-escalation training offered by the Counseling Center. | Navigate to this form. Need to provide proof that you're a University of Colorado employee, or are you requesting documentation of an employee’s status? Use the Work Number by Equifax Online Verification tool. You can use this tool to create a record of your employment status and provide a requestor access for review.
To access a report
Create an account by providing your email address and other required data, then wait for Equifax to send you an email confirmation. Once you have access, you can run a free report containing your full employment record, and allow or restrict access to that data.
