What Are Pronouns?

Aisury Vasquez

Aisury Vasquez | Director (She|Her|Hers)

Latinx Student Services

Student Commons 2007 - B | 303-315-1878 | aisury.vasquez@ucdenver.edu

Joined by her overly energetic pups and unbothered cat, CII Latinx Student Services Director Aisury Vasquez comes to Colorado from the Appalachian Mountains of West Virginia. Vasquez is skilled at assessing policy, challenging the status quo, and leading campus transformational efforts. Vasquez has had the opportunity to create radically inclusive educational spaces for historically marginalized students both internationally and domestically.

Prior to tackling roles advocating for equitable practices in higher education, Vasquez attempted to be a gardener, chicken farmer, and runner. When her dogs aren’t forcing her on multiple walks, Vasquez enjoys attending poetry slams, dancing, and refurbishing furniture.

Brandon Tabaha

He|Him|His

Brandon Tabaha is a student in digital design. He's Navajo and Persian and currently works for LatinX Student Services in CII. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, photography, playing poker, learning languages, and is overly particular about his coffee and tea.
