Danaya Wilson is a seasoned expert with 17 years of experience in compliance and occupational safety education. She's an innovative thought leader known for modernizing regulatory training and driving sales growth. Danaya is the Co-Founder and CEO of CHC Training, a 2020 Colorado Companies to Watch recipient. Her company is known for integrating new technologies with best practices for instructing kinesthetic learners with diverse educational backgrounds and primary languages. Their approach, encompassing methodologies like gamification and infographics, aligns with research that demonstrates increased retention and engagement amongst professionals at every stage of their careers.

With a passion for entrepreneurship and teaching, Danaya is also paving the way for future generations of female leaders, providing a proven blueprint for their success and growth. She has spoken at industry events and received numerous awards including the prestigious Denver Business Journal’s 40 under 40 in March 2024. In a collaborative effort with Forbes, she is writing a book aimed at empowering women in the workplace offering a practical framework for tackling common workplace challenges such as pay disparity and parental leave. She is the first to introduce a CEO pay pledge and advocate for reorganizing benefit packages to include childcare assistance. 

Danaya serves on the boards of the Environmental Information Association and the Colorado Environmental Professionals Association. She has a master’s in organizational leadership from Colorado State University and a bachelor’s in business marketing from the University of Colorado Denver.
