A portion of the recreation field along Larimer Street, between 11th and 12th Streets, has been transformed into a new student housing, dining, and Learning Commons facility.
This space creates a communal heart for the entire campus community. The gathering areas, dining options, and student access to academic support, as well as a variety of co-curricular success services, are designed to support all students and help them build new connections with each other, faculty, and staff.
Finding housing in Denver can be tough and expensive! The new residence hall aims to take that stress off of first-year students by offering a modern, safe, and affordable space.
