PDA Meetings and Social Events​

The PDA holds regular social events to help connect postdocs with one another. At a minimum, we have a coffee hour and a happy hour each month. During the summer we also organize a monthly postdoc hike in conjunction with the Postdoc Association at CU Boulder.

If you have not already, please consider joining the PDA Slack. It's the best way to stay in contact with other postdocs and to get news from the PDA. Email us if you need help joining (​).

PDA Coffee Hour & Monthly Meeting
Come meet your fellow postdocs and learn about what's happening with the PDA over coffee and other light refreshments.
Coffee Hour is usually the third or fourth Wednesday of every month.​

Where:​ RC1-South, 2nd Floor Atrium

PDA Happy Hour

Hang out with the PDA over a refreshing beverage. Appetizers are on us, drinks are on you.
Happy Hour is usually the first or second Thursday of every month.

PDA Second Saturday Hike
Enjoy the Colorado Wilderness with other postdocs from CU Anschutz and CU Boulder. Hikes are organized for the second Saturday of each month between June and October, weather permitting. Family and friends are always welcome and carpool options are made available.

Our schedule for next summer will be set in spring of 2020. If you'd like to join the planning committee, please contact the PDA​.
