Gates is Empowering Students to Thrive
A new scholarship established by Gates Corporation helps students like Jabez Brown pursue their passions, stay connected to family, and thrive at CU Denver. This collaboration reflects the power of philanthropy to change lives and strengthen our community.
Thanks to your generosity, CU Denver students gained greater access to higher education and the support that helps them stay on track. Together, donors contributed $7.2 million for scholarships last year, helping ease financial pressures and empower students to reach their goals.
Where Curiosity Sparks Discovery
From robotic hands to cancer-fighting microbots, young scientists tackle big challenges at CU Denver’s annual CoorsTek Denver Metro Regional Science and Engineering Fair. With CoorsTek’s ongoing partnership, the fair inspires students to pursue careers in STEM and drives innovation for Colorado’s future.
The 2025 CU Denver Donor Celebration was an evening of gratitude and inspiration, honoring the impact of our generous supporters. Guests heard from Reisher Scholar Mehar Sidhu, who shared how scholarship support has shaped her journey and sense of belonging at CU Denver. Your gifts make stories like hers possible every day.
Students who benefit from philanthropic support at CU Denver always enjoy the opportunity to connect with our generous community of donors, and this fall provided several opportunities to do so. Featured above are moments from a luncheon for the ARCS (Achievement Rewards for College Scientists) Scholars with the leadership of the ARCS Foundation as well as a dinner for Reisher Scholars with executives from the Denver Foundation and FirstBank.
