Stress Less Oct. 26

Counseling Center workshops are psychoeducational and focused on building emotional well-being. There is no requirement to attend all groups offered. Students may attend as often as they like. Students can attend those groups they feel are appropriate to their needs. Workshops meet for 1 hour and in person. Group topics rotate weekly:
