Lori Zahn

Lori Zahn has over two decades of experience working with accomplished mid-to-later career professionals. As the CEO and founder of Perceptive Leaders, a leadership development and professional transitions consulting firm based in Denver, Lori is an organizational leadership consultant, certified executive coach working with senior leaders and their teams, and facilitator of custom group-learning programs.

Lori is known for creating innovative and highly impactful programs, including on career and retirement, and for her expert facilitation, where she creates a safe space for learning and stimulates new ways of thinking that help people collectively move forward.

As an executive coach, having been engaged to work with over 500 senior organizational leaders, Lori is recognized for her ability to challenge while being supportive and for her effectiveness in helping people stretch into new ways of leading.

Prior to founding Perceptive Leaders in 2005, Lori was a corporate executive working inside large, complex global organizations, including as a member of senior leadership teams at Citigroup and Anderson Worldwide. She holds an MBA and BS in Public Administration with a multidisciplinary concentration in Adult Development from the University of Arizona and received her professional coaching certification from the Hudson Institute of Coaching in 2008.
