About "Principles & Practices"
This guidebook was developed by Colorado nonprofits for Colorado nonprofits. It provides resources to help you keep up-to-date on legal compliance, prepare to complete the Form 990, build capacity in areas like board and governance, fundraising and planning, and demonstrate transparency and accountability.
This edition is again supported by Colorado’s Secretary of State and Attorney General and was revised with help from nonprofit leaders throughout Colorado.
