We are excited to announce, Karen Sobel, Associate Professor at the Auraria Library as the new Director for the Center for Faculty Development & Advancement. Dr. Sobel earned her B.A. in English degree from Penn State, followed by an M.A. in English and an M.S. in Library Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She completed a Doctor of Education through the University of Colorado at Denver.

Learn to best represent yourself and your accomplishments by making the best dossier you can for tenure, promotion, and comprehensive review. You will have plenty of time for questions with this knowledgeable panel of faculty members. Session goals:
• Understand the structure of dossiers for tenure, promotion, and comprehensive review.
• Learn best practices for writing dossier statements.
• Discuss processes associated with creating and critiquing dossiers.
• Learn to most effectively “tell your story” and highlight your professional contributions through your documentation and statements.
