Postgraduate Year Two (PGY2) Ambulatory Care Residency

This is an ASHP accredited ambulatory care PGY2 pharmacy residency program, established in 1995, with an academic pharmacy practice focus. The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, located in Aurora, Colorado, is a major integrated academic health sciences center that includes Schools of Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing and Dental Medicine. This is a state of the art academic center that has a complete complement of educational and clinical enterprises. The longitudinal practice site is at the University of Colorado Family Medicine Clinic (the AF Williams Family Medicine Center, in Denver) and required core learning experiences are in population health, geriatrics, internal medicine, and federally qualified health center clinics. Additional sites are within the University of Colorado Health clinics and with affiliated organizations in the Denver metro area.
