The Center for Global Health at the Colorado School of Public Health and the University of Colorado College of Nursing are co-sponsoring Helping Babies Breathe, Second Edition Master Trainer Course on October 23 and 24, 2019. This course is a full two days of interactive, simulation-based instruction with continental breakfast and lunch provided.
Helping Babies Breathe, Second Edition
features a number of important updates and improvements. It includes scientific updates that harmonize with 2015 ILCOR Consensus on Science with Treatment Recommendations, and 2012 WHO Guidelines on Basic Newborn Resuscitation. It also contains strengthened educational advice and new guidance on program implementation and quality improvement.

What to do prior to the course?
Participants are expected to bring their NeoNatalie set and printed materials to the course. Don't have one?

If you already have a NeoNatalie set with printed materials and they do not contain the updates, don't worry. Simply go to hbs.aap.org and download the Second Edition materials.
They are downloadable at no cost to you. You will need to register on the hbs.aap.org website, so AAP has their user statistics.
