 uo\; The COVID19 pandemic caused disruptions to the social\, economic\, an
 d political landscape of countries across the globe. These disruptions als
 o impacted firms\, large and small\, with some firms thriving and others f
 ailing to survive. The global health crisis continues to drive transformat
 ions to the scope\, nature\, and dynamics of international business. Produ
 ct and process innovations\, digitization\, cross border mobility\, new wa
 ys of work\, business resilience\, and corporate social responsibility\, a
 re just but some of the topics currently garnering attention as firms\, so
 cieties\, and governments emerge from the pandemic.\n\nHighlights\n\nAIB U
 S-West is committed to professional development. The 2023 Conference will 
 feature some of the following activities:\n\n- Competitive Papers and Pane
 l Sessions on leading issues in international business.&nbsp\;\n- Special 
 track on &ldquo\;The International Tourism and Hospitality Industry in a P
 ost-COVID World.&rdquo\; \n- Paper Development Workshop (PDW) and Meet the
  Editors Session. \n- Pedagogical session sponsored by Rocky Mountain CIBE
 R (RMCIBER).\n- Workshop-type sessions sponsored by AIB&rsquo\;s Special I
 nterest Groups. \n- Awards: The conference will recognize Best Papers and 
 Best Student Paper\n\nScholarships\n\nA limited number of registration sch
 olarships are available to qualifying faculty participants on a first-come
 \, first-served basis to universities\, community colleges\, and minority-
 serving institutions in the Rocky Mountain and Western regions. Additional
 ly\, faculty from the Rocky Mountain Region (including universities\, comm
 unity colleges\, and minority-serving institutions in the&nbsp\;following 
 states:&nbsp\;Arizona\, Colorado\, Idaho\, Montana\, Nevada\, New Mexico\,
  North Dakota\, South Dakota\, Wyoming\, and Utah)&nbsp\;are eligible to a
 pply for up to $500 to be reimbursed toward travel costs.\nThese scholarsh
 ips are supported by the CIBERs at Brigham Young University\, Loyola Marym
 ount University\, San Diego State University\, University of Colorado Denv
 er\, and the University of Washington.\nApply for a registration scholarsh
