  and Associate Dean of International\nRelations at the triple accredited E
 M Strasbourg Business School\, at the University of Strasbourg in France.\
 nBorn and raised in Dublin\, with double nationality Irish-French\, he has
  studied\, worked and lived in Ireland\,\nUSA\, Japan and France and visit
 ed over 60 countries in his career thus far.\nDr. MacGabhann&rsquo\;s care
 er began in business in Ireland\, then the United States and Japan before 
 arriving\nin Strasbourg in 2000 and joining EM Strasbourg Business School\
 , University of Strasbourg in 2003. Kevin\nhas over 20 years of experience
  in academic and senior management in international higher education.\nHe 
 was promoted to Associate Professor in 2009 and became Director of Interna
 tional Relations in 2012\nand Associate Dean of International Relations in
  2014. He is responsible for developing the business\nschool&rsquo\;s inte
 rnational relations strategy including oversight of international student 
 affairs\, study abroad\nprograms\, over 15 double degree programs\, two su
 mmer schools and short-term custom programs\, to\n500 outgoing students an
 d 700 incoming students within a network of 240 partner universities in 52
 \ncountries.\nHe obtained his Master&rsquo\;s degree in University College
  Dublin and earned his Ph.D in Management from\nthe University of Strasbou
 rg. His thesis entitled Managing Ethno-cultural Diversity in Health Care S
 ervice\nDelivery: The Irish Experience was published in 2015. Dr. MacGabah
 nn specializes in the field of\nInternational Human Resources Management\,
  reflecting a professional and academic career associated\nwith intercultu
 ral experience and cross-cultural training and scholarship. He lectures in
