 onal freight.&nbsp\;Susan PfuetzeSusan Pfuetze has been involved in global
  trade and logistics for twenty years\, the last eleven years at Otter Pro
 ducts (OtterBox). At Otter she manages the movement of product around the 
 world including the import and export into various countries such as the U
 S\, Canada and the EU as well as managing the freight forwarders and trans
 portation of Otter&rsquo\;s shipments. Additionally\, she oversees the C-T
 PAT validation and other compliance and security programs at Otter. Prior 
 to Otter\, Susan was an International Customs Analyst at Payless ShoeSourc
 e monitoring the import of products for stores in Latin America as well as
  serving on a task force to set up new entities in that region. Outside of
  work\, Susan enjoys spending time with her family\, skiing and bike racin
 g for a local women&rsquo\;s masters cycling team.International Executive
