Resources and Portals

  • UCDAccess
    Is used by staff to advise students and view registrations. Faculty currently use the UCDAccess portal to view class rosters and schedules, advise students,  and assign grades to students. Degree Audit is also integrated into UCDAccess. For questions regarding your security access into UCDAccess please send an email to
  • Webmail and Office 365
    In addition to webmail, faculty and staff have access to Microsoft Office online applications and OneDrive for file storage. Learn more about available O365 features and functionality.
  • CU-SIS
    Faculty and staff also have the option of coming directly into CU-SIS. Staff who act as course coordinators will create schedules of classes each term. Faculty and academic administrators have the ability to view rosters, set class limits, and grant permission numbers for student over-rides to course requisites. Security access/permission (write, view) and training are required please visit the Security Access homepage and click on the CU-SIS button to request access.
  • Support portal
    The support portal allows you to open a help ticket with the Office of Information Technology. For any further questions please call the CU Denver Help Desk at (303) 724-HELP (4-4357)
  • Research portal
    This portal provides a single platform to navigate research infrastructure resources, expertise and best practices for researchers, study staff and administrators. Participants can also learn about available studies.

Prospective Student Portal

The Prospective Student portal is for students who plan to attend CU Denver.

Undergraduate students: create an account to schedule an information session or a campus tour at the downtown campus, apply for admission, and check your admission status (undergraduate only).

Graduate students need to check with their graduate department with questions about their admission application status.
