The College Opportunity Fund is the process by which the Colorado Legislature provides state financial support to eligible undergraduate students for higher education. It was created by an act of the Colorado State Legislature and signed into law by Governor Bill Owens in May 2004.
E-mail is an official means of communication for students at CU Denver. All official university e-mail will be sent to each student’s assigned CU Denver e-mail address. Under this link you will find questions regarding e-mail activation.
Tuition is based on student classification (undergraduate, graduate, academic program, resident or nonresident). Under this link you can find out the cost of tuition, how to pay your bill and other information regarding tuition.
In July 2006, the Colorado State Legislature enacted HB 06S-1023, which became effective on August 1, 2006. The legislation requires all citizens who apply for state-funded benefits that entail any payment or financial assistance provide proof that they are lawfully present in the United States.
