The National Student Clearinghouse provides enrollment status information to guarantee agencies, lenders and holders. The university submits this information to the Clearinghouse on the first day of classes, the last day to drop, after the final deadline to withdraw and after the end of the term. By following the link above, enrollment and/or degrees may be verified with the Clearinghouse.
For Students
Students who receive loan deferment forms from their lenders or those in need of enrollment verification for other purposes can submit their forms or requests to the Student Service Center or the Office of the Registrar. Most requests can be processed within 2-3 working days. Please note that enrollment cannot be verified for a semester until the first day of classes.
