Student Level Data and Information

Welcome to the Office of the Registrar Student Information Systems Reporting Website

This site will provide information and data for student level reporting. Information provided includes most data associated with a student’s matriculated record and release of information is governed by the Family Educational and Privacy Rights Act of 1974 (FERPA). Our goal here is to provide complete, accurate, and timely information for operational and business process use for schools and colleges, departments, administration, staff administrative offices, and internal and external academic related organizations.

As we only provide Student Records detail level data, please consider the following resources for other student related data:

For aggregate level institution data and official reporting- Office of Institutional Research and Effectiveness
For Financial Aid student level data reporting- Office of Financial Aid
For Student Finance related student level data reporting- Bursar’s Office

Self-Reporting Library

The reporting library allows individuals to pull their own student level detail reports, which can be pulled on demand. These reports are pre-created and parameterized to allow for flexibility in creating specific area reports.

Interface Request

Student Data Repositories are information systems housing student information outside of the system of record- ISIS. For current interfaces connected to SIS, you will need to request student level data approval and creation of new extract for your internal system.

Have you heard of COGNOS, but not sure how that can work for you with gathering student data? Do you have access to COGNOS, but just not sure of what's all there already developed?
