   Please follow the steps below to obtain access to the production environment of ISIS (Campus Solutions).

1. Download a copy of the ISIS Access Request form
2. Complete all fields in sections 1 & 2 of the access form
3. Forward the form to the immediate supervisor you have listed in section 1 of the access form requesting your supervisor approve your request
4. Your supervisor must review your request and determine if access should be granted to the system.

If your supervisor approves of your request, he/she should forward your completed form to ucdsecurityaccess@ucdenver.edu stating their approval for your access in the body of the email.

*Printing out and physically signing this form is not required to obtain access to ISIS.
