ADVISORweb is a central hub of information for advisors on the topics of degree audit, transfer articulation, and DARSweb. On this site advisors will find links to external advising resources, training information, links to UPKs, see the student’s view of DARSweb, and have the ability to track issues they encounter with their degree audits.
DARSweb access has moved to UCDAccess. Click the CU Resources tab, and then choose DARS Denver under the Business Applications dropdown menu.
Prerequisite & Transfer Credit
Faculty Transfer Credit Review Form -
Use this form if the student's course is either pending or not on the
transfer agreement website. This form must be taken to the appropriate
department by the student. The student must also bring the course
description, syllabus, and transcript (a text book may also be useful)
to the department. The form will be routed to the Office of the
Registrar Degree Audit Unit. The Degree Audit Unit will make a copy of
the form and, if necessary, forward the form to the appropriate
department for resolution.
One-off Transfer Articulation Process Form - Use this form when the new articulation will only apply to one student. If the articulation is determined by the department to be aplicable to all students then the formal articulation process shall be initiated to create an articulation rule in DARwin.
Rearticulation Form -
Use this form to initiate a rearticulation of a student's transfer course. This process will refresh a student's record to reflect an established transfer articulation rule. This form is not to create a new articulation, but rather to refresh a student's record to reflect an existing rule. Use the 'One-off transfer articulation process form' to create a transfer articulation that applies to a single student.
Log-In to TES - Use this link to log-in the the Transfer Equivalency System. You must have log-in credentials and training from the transfer articulation team. To view equivalencies without log-in credentials use the TES Equivalencies link.
TES Equivalencies - This website will provide information in regards to applicability of transfer courses to CU Denver courses. Here you will be able to see courses that meet CU Denver equivalencies and articulations that are pending a decision.
