Comply with HB1023
Only Colorado residents who can prove that they are legally present in the U.S. can receive Colorado state benefits such as the resident tuition rate and/or Colorado state funded scholarships. ALL RESIDENT STUDENTS MUST COMPLY WITH HB1023. Students who fail to comply with HB1023 will lose their residency status at the university and their tuition for the term will be reassessed at the nonresident rate. In addition, students who comply with HB1023 after the end of a term can not receive a retroactive tuition rate adjustment for a previous term. Please refer to the Colorado House Bill 1023 (Proof of lawful presence in the U.S.) Web page for more information.
Ordering transcripts
To order a transcript, log onto the portal and order an official transcript online. It is the easiest and fastest method. An unofficial transcript may also be printed if the official document is not needed.
