Comply with HB1023
Only Colorado residents who can prove that they are legally present in the U.S. can receive Colorado state benefits such as the resident tuition rate and/or Colorado state funded scholarships. ALL RESIDENT STUDENTS MUST COMPLY WITH HB1023. Students who fail to comply with HB1023 will lose their residency status at the university and their tuition for the term will be reassessed at the nonresident rate. In addition, students who comply with HB1023 after the end of a term can not receive a retroactive tuition rate adjustment for a previous term. Please refer to the Colorado House Bill 1023 (Proof of lawful presence in the U.S.) Web page for more information.
Undergraduate Class Rank
Class rank will be calculated by undergraduate degree program within a school or college. It is possible for more than one student to have the same class rank. If more than one student has equivalent class ranking it will be reported as such. The option for a letter indicating the student’s class rank will be provided to any graduating undergraduate, but there will be no designation on the University of Colorado transcript for Denver Campus students receiving bachelor’s degrees. There will be one class rank per student per degree. Students can obtain class rank letters through the student portal. Late postings and grade changes after degrees are posted will not recalculate rankings. Rankings will be a snapshot calculation conducted once per term for each graduating undergraduate student after degrees are posted.
Navigation to Class Rank letter for students:
Log into UCDAccess > Go to Student Center > Select My Academics link >Select Class Rank link > Select Institution > Press Get Letter button

Ordering transcripts
To order a transcript, log onto the portal and order an official transcript online. It is the easiest and fastest method. If you do not have or have forgotten your SID and pin, download the transcript request form and fax to the Office of the Registrar. An unofficial transcript may also be printed if the official document is not needed.
Proof of medical degree
Please make sure to provide us with a copy of your diploma. The university seal may be stamped onto a copy of your diploma. Please note, we do not carry copies of diplomas. A verification form from the potential employer (hospital, clinic, state board) may be faxed to the Office of the Registrar at 303-724-8060 for completion and seal.
